J.Deans Smoke House is an extension of Bon Appetit Catering that produces all their own house made sausage and jerky recipes and then packages them for sale. J.Deans was born in 1984 by Chef Jim Dean by making a little venison sausage for deer hunters for extra money. over the last 30 yrs J.Deans Smoke House has grown into a popular destination for Michigan deer hunters.

J.Deans is very excited about being part of the new Farmers Market in Davison & Flint for the exposure of our full line-up of smoked meats and to become more involved in retailing our products and providing our processing and catering services. – Shane Dean.
